"the mirrors project" is a site-specific installation that incorporates text written by the artist on site. The text is transferred onto a wall partially covered in antique mirrors. An audio recording of the artist reading fragments of the text echoes through the gallery. "the mirrors project" is the answer to four of his most current research questions:

Can the writing process be displayed visually?

Are the materials, studio, and the ritual of a writing practice compelling visual art materials?

Is it possible to explore features of a narrative (drama, suspense, dialogue, setting) through visual art using the material developed in the writing practice?

Can the audience be incorporated into the work?
